Specializing in the sale and leasing of commercial and residential real estate properties, from multiple dwellings to cooperatives, condominiums, and office buildings, Douglas also served as Corporate Counsel for a large national law firm and for over 30 years he was General Counsel and Secretary to the National Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc.

As a successful real estate developer, Dixon held the position of General Counsel and Principal in Hillside Development Corp., and Hillside Realty & Management Corporation.

Horace is a practicing attorney representing clients in construction law, procurement law, finance and general corporate matters.

Through his advisory and workshops Horace explores strategic relationships such as joint venturing and teaming arrangements for the NY & NJ Port Authority and fortune 500 companies. He also advises on Minority and Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) certification for the NY & NJ Port Authority Staff and the Turner Construction Annual Training Program.
